Go back to your chosen pharmacy for example Walgreen's

Most of our doctors put your refills on your bottle.

simply present your empty bottle, as long as you are not too early,  your pharmacist will refill it

Each client is expected to take their medication as directed, not exceeding the daily allowed amount. Each client is expected to
safeguard his or her supply from loss, destruction,resale, or theft.

No early refills are offered.

A copy of our controlled substance rules, policies and agreement goes to each pharmacy.

We are all seeking to work together to help you manage your chronic disease and intractable pain. If you are receiving controlled substances from any other source without our knowledge and consent, or if you have provided fabricated information to us, or have fraudulently represented yourself you will be terminated from our services and may well be prosecuted. Remember that all purchases of controlled substances (in all states) are recorded in a central state registry.  So it is essentially impossible to hide if you have a problem handling your prescription drugs. Every time you have to contact us or the doctor (which you should not be doing), between your quarterly consultations is another red flag waving. Please do your part, in helping yourself to manage your pain.
